下学期跟随主任及系部其他老师,作出了 2010 年拟申报的三个新专业的申报材料。 3、参与实训课教学,跟随实训的主讲老师,一起完成了本学年的实训课 本学年一共参与了三次实训教学,分别是汽车检测与维修专业上学期的《电工技术实训》,下学期的 《电子技术实训》,以及下学期的《汽车维修常用工具设备使用》的实训。在实训过程中首先是自己的能 力得到了锻炼,自己明显体会到教学相长的作用。在上课之前,自己做了认真的学习,将课程所要用到的 知识自己先理了一遍,在实训上课的过程中,首先听主讲老师的讲解,理解消化之后,再对学生进行辅导, 加深了对知识的理解, 有些是自己未了解的, 通过主讲老师的讲解也拓宽了知识。 在给学生辅导的过程中, 能够更好的为学生的学习服务。 锻炼了自己的教学能力,为今独自承担实践教学积累了经验。不论从知识的讲解上,还是教学过程的 组织上,都让我学到了不少的东西。 实训课之后的,实训报告的批阅,成绩认定等工作也让我有很多收获,看同学们的报告的同时,自己 也把相同的知识点重复看了几遍,加深了对知识的印象。有机会使自己从老师的角度来看教学,从而对教 学有了新的,深刻的认识。 4、实训室建设 ①、实训室设备购置计划; 在段主任提供的汽车实训室设备自助组合方案的基础上,结合我院实际,制定可行的设备购置计划。 其间到网上查找设备资料如型号,价格等信息,并请教喻主任,进行了相关的修改,定稿。 ②、实训室设备设施的管理 2009-2010 学年,系部建成了“电工电子实训室”、“汽车结构模型实训室”、 “汽车发动机构造与维修实训室”。我负责实训室的管理,自己探索着,把工作做好,满足了实训课 开课。平时的清洁卫生工作,实训课后的设备清点归位,建立了设备管理清单,设备损坏(损耗)登记表。 下学期的思路和打算

2、从网络上搜索应聘人员有记录的 108 人,经多方想方法,成功招聘 5 人。 二、注重从我做起,用实际行动做好表率。 1、企业与企业之间有共同性,也有差别,结合我们公司现阶段人员文化程度较高,公司又处于起步 阶段,很规章制度没有养成工作习惯和定向思维,人员的个人意识较浓,很多时候没有站公司角度考虑问 题,因此,我时时一位长者,一位人事专员的形象思考问题,从点滴做起,并教育大家从遵守上下班制度, 节约每一张纸,随时关闭身边的电源等小事做起,能够提前思考,对任何工作能做到有计划、可操作、落 实快捷。 2、坚持上下班制度,每天均提前了半小时左右到达公司。 3、注重节约,包括一张纸、对公用车等多方面。 三、坚持做事先做人,努力做好日常工作,热心为公司服务。 1、快速拟定了公司的各种制度,并在实际工作中不断的完善、修改,并且完全考虑到了公司的利益 和有利益公司管理的角度进行拟定。 2、对行政、财务、秘书等相关制度进行了分发,并通知其落实,传授了一些落实方法。 3、对人事制度进行了逐步落实,并且先组织了学习,后试探性地抓落实,结合公司高学历人员多, 个认识不一致,反响比较强烈,很人没有站在公司的角度思考问题,自私心理比较严重,并且一些人矛头 直本人,认真我制订制度太苛刻,执行太死板,有抵赖情绪。 4、拟定了很多公司公文,并拟定了对政府、对外、对内的行文格式。各种文件的格式还有待进一步 完善,因行文的不同,有的还要根据实际情况进行调整和具体单位另行处理。 5、及时准备把握了一些人员的思想状况,协调了一些部门间的关系,调解了部分矛盾,在工作上能 做到主动补位,不分你我,从不推诿,发现无人管理的工作均能主动承担。 6、注重保密,对公司内部的事情注意了分层次、分人员把握了解,积极为公司谋事。

困难,有好多塔器、换热器以及所用的不同材料我都不知道,但是我积极应对困难的挑战,利用休息时间 学习新容规、GB150、GB151 等压力容器法规标准;同时,利用我所学的材料专业知识结合国内材料标准和 ASME 标准以及实际生产情况,再加上 XX 和其他同事的指导,顺利熟悉了各类原材料检验知识。由于我 们有色厂所用材料的种类繁多,要求各不相同,而且有很多较贵重的材料,例如 800H、B-3、C-276 等镍 基合金,对我们检验工作有了较高的要求,更需要我努力学习。 2.努力工作,顺利完成各项任务 在原材料检验岗位上的前两个月,我协助 XXX 检验复合板、钛材、有色材料,同时接手焊材工作。 XXX 经验丰富,在协助她工作期间,她不厌其烦的给我讲解一些检验材料的注意点,使我顺利通过公司 的实习期。 在后三个月我开始接手有色材料检验。 由于我们今年下半年生产任务繁重, 加上采购材料困难, 材料来了之后,有时交检单未到,我就到库房将材料检验完毕,既保证材料质量又不影响车间生产。检验 完毕之后立刻填写检验记录和材料台账。需要复验的材料提前开理化委托单,下复验料进行复验,及时收 集复验报告。不合格的原材料及时填写不合格品报告,迅速解决问题不影响生产。我发现,经常出现问题 的材料有以下几种,复合板起爆点、不平度超标及剪切不合格问题;N6 的管材常出现起皮、微裂纹等缺陷; 钛管常出现新旧标准采购问题、σs 0.2 超标的问题以及管径和壁厚超标问题;焊材主要是不易按技术要求采 购等问题。 下面我列举几例具体的工作向领导作简要的汇报。 1.2010 年 6 月 8 日我到西部钛业见证陶氏化学设备用 Ф20×0.9×6000mm 的 TA2 换热管的涡流检测, 涡流检测由陶氏请德国 Delta 公司检验员检验,由于采购前期准备工作不足以及沟通不到位,致使 Delta 公司检验员推翻检验结论,让重新到我们公司检验。 2.2010 年 8 月 7 日,检验了 33 块复合板,发现每张复合板起爆点位置有一凹坑,且凹坑深度超出检 验标准,还发现现场实物标识为 Gr1、Gr2/Q345R,而入库单上位 TA1、TA2/Q345R,查看料表后发现均 为 TA3/Q345R,后经了解,因白图报料时为 TA3,蓝图为为 TA2,按蓝图买的材料。对于起爆点超标立 即填写了 NCR,后由技术科负责处理。
