一、桩基础主要工序的施工方法及技术措施 本工程桩基采用 2000 型工程钻机正循环冲击成孔,反循环清孔,成 孔过程中采用原土造浆护壁,必要时可根据土层情况人工造浆或掺入一定的化 学剂,以充分维护孔壁的稳定性,钻进结束后采用正循环方式进行一次清孔; 钢筋笼现场分多节制作,安放钢筋笼时在孔口进行焊接,下完钢筋笼后将导管 插入孔内,进行二次清孔;成桩采用商品砼注入料斗,导管回提连续灌注的方 法进行施工。 1、主要施工方法: (1) 、钻机就位前,先平整场地,铺好枕木并用水平尺校正,保证钻机平 稳,牢固。在桩位埋设 6-8mm 的厚钢板护筒,内径比孔口大 100-200mm,埋深 1-1.5m,同时挖好水源坑,泥浆池。 (2) 、在挖好的护筒内,用全站仪再一次精确定位,保证钻头尖与桩位竖 直,成孔采用正循环工艺,钻进时如土质良好,可采取清水钻进,自然造浆护 壁,或加入红粘土或膨润土泥浆护壁,泥浆密度为 1.3T/m3。 (3) 、钻进时应根据土层情况加压,开始应轻压,慢转速,逐步正常,一 般土层按钻具自重钢丝绳加压,不超过 10KN,基岩中钻进为 15-25KN;钻机钻 速,对合金钻头为 180R/min,钢粒钻头为 100R/min,在松软土层中钻进,应 根据泥浆补给情况控制钻进速度,在硬土层中或岩层中的钻进速度,以钻机不 跳动为准。 (4) 、桩孔钻至设计深度后,进行入岩判定,达到入岩深度后,可以终孔, 利用泥浆泵正循环第一次清孔,可将 30mm 左右石块排出,直至孔内沉渣厚度 小于 100mm。清孔后泥浆密度不大于 1.2T/m3。 (5) 、第一次清孔完成后,测量孔径、孔深、沉渣厚度,经验收合格后, 用桩架下放钢筋笼,钢筋笼根据桩长为分三节和两节两种、采用孔口焊接,单
